    Chief Executive Officer

    Mohammad S. Al-Dousari joined APEISCO as Chief Executive Officer in May 2009. He worked in Kuwait Oil Company for 21 years, in Joint Operations in Wafra for 3 years and in Kuwait Gulf Oil Company for 1-1/2 year in top management positions in the past years of his career. He graduated from University of California, USA in Petroleum Engineering.

  • Sulaiman Essa Al – Soomali

    Manager – Technical & Admin. Affairs

    Sulaiman Al-Soomali joined APEISCO as Manager- Technical & Admin Affairs in March 2019. He began his more than 30 year career in Kuwait Oil Company and Joint Operations (KGOC & SAC) in very senior capacities, where he quickly demonstrated his proficiency in contracting, procurement and projects management. His last position in KOC was Manager Security & Fire. He graduated from California States University Long Beach, USA in Business Administration (Management).

  • Bisher A. Al - Bisher

    Commercial Manager

    Bisher A. Al Bisher joined APEISCO as Commercial Manager in October 2008. Prior to that he served for 15 years in the “Kuwait Funds for Arab Economic Development” (KFAED), His last position was Deputy Director – Investment Department where he represented the Board of Directors and Advisory Committee. Mr. Al Bisher graduated from Kuwait university majoring in Accounting & Auditing.
